Contracts & e-signature
LiveAccepted proposals become a contract the customer signs in the browser: ESIGN/UETA consent, a SHA-256 hash of the signed document, IP and timestamp captured to an audit trail.
Sign the job without DocuSign, and keep an evidence trail that holds up if the job ever gets argued about.
Change orders
LiveChange orders carry stable numbering, and orders raised off a revised plan set cite the specific plan revision they came from.
Stop arguing about whether a change was in the original plans. The document already says which revision it wasn’t in.

Selections & allowances

PieceWrk manages the work you’ve won, not the marketing funnel that wins it.
Accounts payable
Job costing today is labour-first. Vendor bill payment stays in your accounting system.
Filing 1099s
Subcontractor pay is tracked and reconciled in PieceWrk; the tax filing itself happens elsewhere.
Being your accounting system
QuickBooks stays QuickBooks. PieceWrk syncs with it rather than trying to replace it.
