Privacy Policy

Effective August 9, 2026

1. Scope of this policy

This policy covers only the marketing website at piecewrk.com: the pages you’re reading now, including this one, and the “Request early access” form. It does not cover the PieceWrk application.

If you use, or work for a company that uses, the PieceWrk application, that product has its own, separate Privacy Policy at https://app.sunsupconstruction.com/privacy-policy (effective August 6, 2026). This page does not apply to your use of the app. That policy does.

2. Who we are

This website is operated by Sun's Up Construction, LLC. PieceWrk is a product of Sun's Up Construction, LLC. There is no separate “PieceWrk” company.

3. Information we collect

This site has one form: “Request early access.” When you submit it, we collect:

  • Your name, email address, company, and role, as you enter them.
  • The page you submitted the form from, and any UTM parameters present in the URL (for example, which link or campaign brought you to the site).

We also use Vercel Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics tool that does not use cookies and reports aggregated page-view and performance data. It cannot identify you personally.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to understand site traffic: which pages people read, where they arrived from, and which links lead to an early-access request. It sets cookies to distinguish one visitor from another and collects standard usage data as described in Google’s own privacy policy. We have not enabled Google’s advertising or ad-personalization features, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles.

We don’t collect anything beyond what’s described above. This site has no account creation, no login, and no payment processing.

4. How we use this information

  • To read, evaluate, and respond to early-access requests.
  • To follow up by email about your request.
  • To understand which pages and links lead to early-access requests.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.

5. How we store and share this information

Early-access requests are stored in our database, and a notification email is sent to an internal inbox at Sun's Up Construction, LLC so someone can follow up. Vercel (our hosting and analytics provider) and Google Analytics process the data described above on our behalf.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. This site carries no third-party advertising trackers.

6. Cookies

Vercel Analytics does not use cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish one visitor from another, as described in Google’s documentation. This site does not use advertising cookies.

7. Data retention and your choices

We keep early-access request information as long as reasonably needed to evaluate and follow up on it. Email support@piecewrk.com at any time to ask what we have on file for you or to have it deleted.

8. Children’s privacy

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. We’ll update the effective date above whenever we do.
