1. Scope of these terms

These Terms of Use cover only your use of this marketing website, piecewrk.com: browsing its pages and submitting the “Request early access” form. They are not terms of service for the PieceWrk application.

If you use, or work for a company that uses, the PieceWrk application, that product has its own, separate Terms of Service at https://app.sunsupconstruction.com/terms-of-service (effective August 6, 2026), and those terms, not this page, govern your use of it.

2. Who operates this site

This website is operated by Sun's Up Construction, LLC. PieceWrk is a product of Sun's Up Construction, LLC. There is no separate “PieceWrk” company.

3. Private beta: nothing on this site is for sale

PieceWrk is currently in private beta. Nothing on this website is for sale: there is no subscription, no payment, and no trial offered here. Submitting the “Request early access” form does not create a purchase, a contract, or any obligation on either side. It’s simply a way to tell us you’re interested, and we’ll follow up by email.

4. Acceptable use

When using this website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site, or the early-access form, for any unlawful purpose.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site or any systems or networks connected to it.
  • Scrape, copy, or republish the site’s content for commercial purposes.
  • Submit false or misleading information through the early-access form.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the site’s normal operation.

5. Intellectual property

The text, graphics, logos, and other content on this website belong to Sun's Up Construction, LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share pages of this site for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, or republish the content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

This site links to destinations we don’t operate, including the PieceWrk application at https://app.sunsupconstruction.com. We aren’t responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of sites we don’t operate.

This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don’t guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sun's Up Construction, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as the site changes. We’ll update the effective date above whenever we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
